This is the Unaju (eel rice bowl) set meal, "Wakatake".Until last year, this product was only available on the Day of the Ox during the summer, but due to popular demand, we will be selling it throughout the summer.We prepare eels from Kagoshima Prefecture in-house, grill them over charcoal, and then finish them off with our secret sauce.Please enjoy our high-quality domestically sourced eel.
