*Okuizome is a traditional ceremony performed around 100 days after birth with the wish that the baby will never lack food throughout their life.
This ritual is performed with the wish that the baby will live a long and happy life.
At Tsukishiro, we offer celebratory meals including salt-grilled sea bream (a symbol of good fortune), red rice (to ward off evil spirits), and black beans (symbolizing a vibrant and fulfilling life).
We also offer teething stones, which are used to help babies grow strong teeth.
