*Okuizome is a traditional ceremony that is held around 100 days after birth with the hope that the baby will never have to worry about food for the rest of his or her life.

This is done with the hope that the baby will live a long life and grow up happy.

At Tsukishiro, we offer celebratory meals such as grilled salted sea bream, which is associated with auspiciousness, red rice to ward off evil spirits, and black beans, which symbolize a vibrant and shining life.

We also provide teething stones to encourage strong teeth to grow.
