The Amber Gozen meal was only sold on the Day of the Ox.It was so well received that we received many requests for it to be brought back, so it is now back in a different form.The grilled eel is made from domestically caught eel freshly prepared in-house, grilled over charcoal, and finished with a sweet homemade sauce.This course also includes tempura presented on a decorative shelf and five small side dishes of seasonal ingredients, making it an extraordinary experience.
